Welcome to Tatva Wellness. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site (https://tatvawellness.in) and your relationship with us when you use our services. By accessing the Site or booking/receiving treatment, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Tatva Wellness is an Ayurvedic multi-speciality wellness and treatment centre located in Prashant Vihar, New Delhi. We provide consultations, panchakarma therapies, lifestyle counselling, and other Ayurvedic services. Our centre is noted on the Site as NABH-associated/credentialed.

2. Using the Site and eligibility

The Site is for information and booking purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to book services.

You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Site operations).

3. Appointments, consultations, and treatments

Appointments: Bookings may be made via the Site, phone, or in person. Some therapies require advance booking.

Consultation Fee: As stated on the Site, an in-centre consultation is charged at ₹500 for a 90-minute session including evaluation by two doctors, followed by a free 30-day follow-up (terms apply). Confirm current fees at booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may incur cancellation charges (see our booking policy displayed at time of booking).

No guaranteed results: Ayurveda and individual treatment responses vary. We cannot promise specific treatment outcomes.

4. Medical information & consent

Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete health information during assessments and consultations.

Consent: By booking and attending, you consent to receive consultations and treatments. For certain procedures, you may be asked to sign a consent form.

Third-party care: If we refer you to external specialists or diagnostic centres, those providers have separate terms and privacy practices.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments: Charges for consultations, therapies, and packages must be paid as described at the time of booking. We accept online and onsite payment methods; payment processing may be handled by third parties.

Refunds: Refunds are provided only according to our refund policy or exceptional circumstances and at our discretion. Any refund will be processed per the payment method used and applicable service terms.

6. Teleconsultations and remote advice

When provided, teleconsultations follow the same medical disclaimers and obligations. Telemedicine advice does not replace emergency care. In emergencies, seek immediate local medical assistance.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned or licensed by Tatva Wellness. You may view and print pages for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Testimonials and photos

By submitting testimonials, reviews, or photos (including before/after images) you grant Tatva Wellness the right to publish these on our Site and marketing channels. We will not publish identifying medical records without explicit consent. If you wish to withdraw permission, contact us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tatva Wellness, its staff, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from receiving services. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the total fees you paid for the service in question.

10. Disclaimer

Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult directly with qualified healthcare professionals for diagnosis and treatment. Do not delay seeking urgent or emergency care based on Site content.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (partners, booking platforms, or suppliers). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

12. Changes to services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue services, or update these Terms, at any time. Significant changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
